Thomas Cook and RT-Reisen have owned 50% each of the bankrupt shares of Thomas Cook Touristik GmbH since 2003 under the trademarks of Neckermann Reisen Team and Neckermann Reisen Partner. RT-Reisen is now the sole shareholder.
